Watch it in action
The Super Freak is Ulysse Nardin at full volume: a limited-edition time-only watch that turns the movement itself into the dial, and the dial into a stage.
Mechanical drama, front and center
Inside the 44 mm case is the new UN-252 calibre, a manufacture movement built from 511 components. It took four years to develop and combines the Freak’s signature ideas with a double tourbillon layout and seconds display.
The effect is almost kinetic sculpture. Titanium bridges cut across the openworked architecture, while the motion is visible from nearly every angle.
What makes it extreme
- Limited to 50 pieces
- Two inclined flying tourbillons set at 10°
- Flying carousel movement turning around its own axis
- DIAMonSIL® escapements and silicon components
- World’s smallest differential, measuring 5 mm
A Freak pushed further
Ulysse Nardin says the Super Freak is the most complicated time-only watch it has made. The result is not subtle: a highly technical, highly visible wrist object built for collectors who want motion, depth, and rarity in one frame.
It is horology as theater — sharp, layered, and impossible to ignore.
